Slow Design

Slow Design is the genial association of two Italian designers, Roberto di Filitto and Nathalie Schneider. The idea is simple: to use the experience and know-how of the best Tuscan craftsmen to restore, reinvent and give new life to objects while respecting the environment in which we live. The inventive use of recycled glass, antique porcelain and leather, handcrafted wood and FSC paper results in an iconoclastic mix of subtle and delicate creations. At Jane de Boy, we have definitely fallen for the "mute books" (or "libri muti" in Italian) by Slow Design which pay tribute to the great literary and philosophical classics. All in a vintage and refined spirit that we love.
