  1) Press and hold SET-RECALL, when the time and date are displayed.

  2) The time zone (1, 2, or 3) will flash. Press + or - to select the time zone to be set.

  3) Press NEXT. The time will flash. Press + or - to change the time (including AM and PM); press and hold the button to scroll through the values.

  4) Press NEXT. The minutes are flashing. Press + or - to change the minutes.

  5) Press NEXT. The seconds will flash. Press + or - to reset the seconds to zero.

  6) Press NEXT. The month flashes. Press + or - to change the month.

  7) Press NEXT. The day flashes. Press + or - to change the day.

  8) Press NEXT. The year flashes. Press + or - to change the year.

  9) Press NEXT to set the options. Press + or - to change the value and then press NEXT to move to the next option.

  Press DONE at any step to exit and save the settings.

  Options available: 12 or 24 hour format, date with MM-DD or DD-MM format, N time chime, beep each time a button is pressed, custom mode (Select "HIDE" to hide unwanted modes - they will be removed from the mode set - Select "ON" to display a mode). Press START-SPLIT once and hold to display the 2nd time zone. Press and hold START-SPLIT twice to display the 3rd time zone. Press and hold the button for 4 seconds to change to the displayed time zone.

• How to change the battery in a watch Timex ?

  Timex strongly recommends that watches be replaced by a professional watchmaker or jeweller. The battery type is indicated on the back of the watch. If present, press the Internal Reset button after replacing the battery.

• How to get a watch repaired Timex ?

  Watches from Timex are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. All warranty repairs require proof of purchase. If you wish to return your watch to Timex for repair, do not send it in its original case, as it will not be returned to you. Please do not include a custom or specific strap.
