Delivery

Delivery is free for purchases over €150 (including vouchers and discount coupons) in mainland France.

For all orders shipped within mainland France that do not reach this amount, shipping costs are €7.90 for home delivery and €5.90 for point-relais delivery. International shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the destination country.

Please note: for deliveries to French overseas departments or abroad, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Consult this link to access the rates and conditions for shipping abroad.

We use the services of La Poste (Colissimo) to deliver your orders. As soon as your parcel is ready to leave, we send you an e-mail to inform you of its dispatch. La Poste's average delivery time is :

• 48 hours for a delivery in Metropolitan France;
• 8 to 10 days for Corsica, overseas departments or foreign countries.

Using the parcel number that we send you by e-mail, you can track the progress of your order through the postal network by logging on to www.laposte.fr/colissimo.

For home deliveries, Colissimo will send you a secure 6-digit code twice: by e-mail when your parcel is dispatched, and by SMS on the day of delivery.

Be sure to keep this secure code, as you'll need to show it to the delivery driver on the day of delivery to receive your parcel.

If you have chosen a point-relais delivery, you will not receive a code and will be able to collect your parcel against signature, by presenting an identity document.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, your postman will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox indicating the address of the post office where you can collect your Colissimo by presenting your identity card.
