Following your online purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within fourteen (14) days of its delivery date.
How do I return an item?
You can now manage your returns directly from your customer area. To do so, go to your customer area, tab " My orders & returns ", and follow the procedure explained.
How to exchange an item?
To make an exchange, nothing could be simpler: simply return your item and place another order once you have been reimbursed. Our customer service is at your disposal to advise you and help you in your choice.
What are the conditions of return?
Returns are free of charge with no minimum purchase for metropolitan France up to one return per order.
After the 14-day period, as evidenced by the postmark, we will only accept your return against a credit note, and a penalty of the amount of your order will be automatically withdrawn.
For the DOM-TOM and other countries (Europe and International), the return costs are at your charge, except for a defective product upon receipt, or an error of Jane de Boy when sending the product. All items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all labels intact. In addition, returned products must not have been subject to extended shipping.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled, as well as items personalised at the customer's request (engraving of jewellery, customised creation, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a damaged product, you must report it to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Any return without prior notification from you within this period will be automatically refused.
Lingerie and swimwear cannot be tried on next to your skin and must be worn over your own lingerie.
Cosmetic products orDelicatessen are considered as "sensitive goods" and cannot, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Please note that the return packages are your responsibility until they arrive at Jane de Boy and that the return label we provide does not include insurance. If the product is damaged, it will be returned to you and you may be asked to refund the shipping costs.
What are the terms of reimbursement?
Upon receipt of the package at Jane de Boy, we will proceed, depending on the option specified in your return, to issue a credit note or a refund.
We will refund the payment received from you for the purchase of the returned items no later than fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your request for withdrawal.
- If you have chosen a credit note: we will credit your customer account with a credit note for the amount of the returned product, valid for one year in shops and on janedeboy.com. This will be non-refundable.
- If you have chosen a refund: we will credit the payment method used for your order directly.
These terms and conditions only apply to purchases made on the janedeboy.com website.
