If your Aurélie Bidermann jewel is damaged or broken, you can send it back to Jane de Boy by parcel post. We will then pass it on to the brand, which will then carry out an assessment.
Repairs are offered during the first year following the purchase and under certain conditions: the wear must be of natural origin or the jewel must have a manufacturing defect. Beyond this period, any repair will be subject to an estimate by the After Sales Service Aurélie Bidermann.
