The German artist Jörg Döring invites us to dive into his urban universe through works that feature emblematic places and icons of pop culture. Fascinated by the United States - and more particularly by New York, his home town - he is inspired by the great names of the American pop art movement, such as Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol. Although Jorg Döring is certainly the best-selling pop artist in Germany, his success extends far beyond the borders of his country to the whole of Europe and the USA. Today, you will not find another artist evolving the pop art of the sixties like Jorg Döring.
