IRO

Explore the timeless elegance of IRO's signature ready-to-wear collection. Refined shirts and knitwear, available now in our boutiques and online. > Learn more about IRO

A French brand created in 2005 by two brothers with a passion for music, IRO ("color " in Japanese) offers us a real mix of genres. The clothes IRO, which we like the rock and elegant side at the same time, are inspired by the fashion of the big international capitals. This is the ultimate contemporary high-end fashion brand.

Frequently asked questions about the brand IRO

  • Where does the brand IRO come from?

An intimate label and then a real fashion brand, IRO was born from the passion of two brothers: Arik and Laurent Bitton. Both musicians, they dedicated the first part of their lives to playing DJ sets in the world's greatest lounge bars. Lulled by the world of fashion since their childhood, it is quite natural that they then launched their own ready-to-wear line. As seasoned globetrotters, they draw their inspiration from their many travels and from the street, to give life to an eclectic wardrobe. The pieces IRO combine Japanese culture, Parisian elegance and New York sensibility. All this, enhanced by a touch of pop rock.

  • In what year was the brand IRO created?

The brand IRO was launched in 2005. Initially dedicated to women, it has diversified and since 2010 has offered collections for men.

Following their success, the founders have opened numerous points of sale and boutiques in France and in major international cities such as New York, Geneva, Madrid, etc.

  • What does IRO mean?

IRO is the anagram of ROI and also means " color " in Japanese.

  • How to size the brand IRO ?

The brand IRO sizes normally, so you can take your usual size. The clothes follow the standard French sizes. However, some jeans, trousers and shorts may be available in American sizes.

    Here is a summary of size correspondences for women: a size 24 is equivalent to a French size 34, 25/26 to a 36, 27/28 to a 38, 29/30 to a 40 and 31/32 to a 42.

    For men, the equivalence of US sizes in French sizes is as follows: 26/27 for a 44, 28/29 for a 46, 30/31 for a 48, 32/33 for a 50 and 34 for a 52.
