Anaakor "child" in Tagalog, the Philippine dialect. This is what Marissa Maximo's mother called her child, and this is the name Marissa has given to her clothing brand. Her brand was launched after several experiences in textile design and fashion, as a wish to go at her own pace, highlighting what is most important to her: the work of the artisans she collaborates with. In a bohemian style full of poetry, the garments Anaak are made of natural materials, particularly soft and made without the need to be ironed so that they can be worn in all circumstances, even after being slipped into a suitcase.
