• Who created the UGG brand?

  In 1978, Brian Smith, a young Australian surfer, founded the UGG brand on the beaches of Southern California.

• What does UGG stand for?

  While the exact origin of the word UGG is not clearly defined, the term is often considered an abbreviation of "ugly", referring to the initial perception of these boots, sometimes judged as unattractive.

• How do UGGs cut?

  UGG shoes fit true to size, so we recommend you choose your usual size.

• Where are UGG shoes made?

  Historically, UGG boots were made in Australia and New Zealand. Today, most models are made in China, Vietnam or other countries, due to greater production needs.

• How do you know if UGGs are real?

  To avoid unpleasant surprises when buying a shoe, be sure to check certain details, such as :

  • The packaging box: When you buy your UGGs as a new product, they must be delivered in their original box.
  • The sole: When buying or receiving a pair of boots, test the flexibility of the sole by twisting it. A genuine pair of UGGs should present no difficulty in this test.

• How to clean suede UGGs?

  We recommend using a special suede brush on dry stains.

  Please note that we strongly advise against washing your UGGs in the washing machine. This could damage the materials of your shoes, such as sheepskin or leather.

• How do you waterproof your UGGs?

  We strongly recommend protecting your UGG boots with a special suede waterproofing product. This will enable you to wear your boots in complete safety. Apply the product at least 24 hours before use. Spray at least 15 cm from the shoe.
