I do not receive the newsletter Jane de Boy although I have subscribed to it.
Newsletters are usually sent out on Wednesday evening and Sunday evening.
If you do not receive them in your inbox, we invite you to check if they are not in your junk mailbox. Then remember to add the address info@email.janedeboy.com to your address book.

I can't log in to my customer account.
If you are unable to access your customer account despite having the correct logins, please contact us by email at contact@janedeboy.com or by telephone on 05 19 88 01 58.

I don't receive the email to change my password.
If you do not receive the email to reset your password, it is likely that the email address associated with your customer account has an anomaly.
If you need help, please call us on 05 19 88 01 58. Our customer service will be able to help you.

I have not received my order confirmation email.
If you do not receive your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service department by email at contact@janedeboy.com or by telephone on 05 19 88 01 58.
We will then be able to confirm that your order has been taken into account and send you a new confirmation by e-mail.

In case of an emergency, you will be given a telephone number on our answering machine.

How long do my items stay in my basket?
The items remain in your shopping cart for 45 minutes.

Are the items in my basket reserved for me?
The items added to your basket are in no way reserved for you, as our stocks are very limited on certain references.
