If you need more information about a product, you can contact us by email via the contact form or by phone.

I'm afraid I might make a mistake, do you have a size guide?
Each brand sizes differently, so we do not have a common size guide.
However, when a brand fits large or small, we systematically specify it in the product description.
If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone: our teams will do their best to guide you in your choice.

How do I find a specific product on the website?
If you are looking for a specific product, you can find it by typing its name in the search bar. If you can't find it, don't hesitate to contact us by email or by phone.

Are the stocks indicated on your products reliable?
The stocks shown online are reliable and the stock in our shops is identical to the stock on the website.
However, it cannot be ruled out that there may be an anomaly between the computer stock and the actual stock.
In this case, you will be informed immediately and we will try to find the best solution, i.e. an order directly with the supplier or a cancellation of your order.

The product I want is not available, will it be back soon?
Some items are victims of their own success. If the desired item or size is no longer available, a restocking may be in progress with our suppliers.

Please note that Golden Goose sneakers cannot be restocked. Indeed, each model is offered in limited quantities and is therefore never renewed.

The product concerned has probably been a great success and is therefore unavailable. Do not hesitate to contact us by email at contact@janedeboy.com to check if a restocking is in progress.

How can I be sure that the product I buy is not a counterfeit?
In Jane de Boy we guarantee the authenticity of all our products. If you have any doubts, we can provide you with proof of our collaborations with brands.
In addition, several product categories are required to be sold with certificates of authenticity.

Can the price of the items offered on the website change?
Jane de Boy reserves the right to change prices at any time for products available on its website.
Note that these changes are exclusively motivated by reasons such as price alignment between the brand and the dealers, increase in the gold price, etc.
