What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
Various payment methods are available.
You can pay directly by credit card, American Express card or using your PayPal account.
It is also possible to pay for your order in instalments via our payment service provider Alma.

Is my online payment secure?
Online payment is secure. When a site is secure, a small padlock appears to the left of your URL in the search bar.

How does the instalment facility work?
We offer you the possibility of paying in several instalments with our partner Alma: in 2, 3 or 4 instalments with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card. This service is available for all orders over €99, up to a maximum of €2,500. To date, the Alma solution is only available to customers with a bank card issued in mainland France and overseas territories*, Belgium, Spain, Germany or Italy - both "classic" consumer bank cards and business cards.
* French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Reunion.
Payment in 2 instalments
With your credit card, visa or mastercard, pay in 2 instalments free of charge. Please note that this method of payment is reserved for those over 18 years of age. The card must be valid for at least 2 months beyond the date of your order. The cardholder must be identical to the personal information entered. The authorized purchase limit is €2,500 - Cards not accepted: prepaid cards, virtual cards and cards with systematic authorization.
Payment in 3 instalments
Use your credit card, Visa or Mastercard to pay in 3 instalments. The fee is 1.57% of the order amount. Please note that this method of payment is reserved for those over 18. The card must be valid for at least 2 months beyond the date of your order. The cardholder must match the personal details entered. The authorized purchase limit is €2,500 - Cards not accepted: prepaid cards, virtual cards and cards with systematic authorization.
Payment in 4 instalments
Use your credit card, Visa or Mastercard to pay in 4 instalments. The fee is 2.35% of the order amount. Please note that this method of payment is reserved for those over 18. The card must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the date of your order. The cardholder must be identical to the personal information entered. The authorized purchase limit is €2,500 - Cards not accepted: prepaid cards, virtual cards and systematic authorization cards.
In the event that you request a return
Once the return has been accepted by us, we will make a claim to our financial partner for the amount of the returned item.

You benefit from a legal retraction period for distance selling.- If your order contains only one item, you will be reimbursed for the first instalment and subsequent payments will be cancelled.
- If your order contains more than one item, your monthly payments will be recalculated according to the outstanding amount.

I have just ordered, when will I be charged?
The time it takes depends on your bank. It is generally 2 to 3 days.
Your future due date is communicated to you when you place your order and in the confirmation e-mail. If you do not return the goods within 10 days of placing your order, the full amount of the goods will automatically be debited on the due date.
However, if you return one or more items within 10 days of your order, only the amount of the items kept will be debited.

I have a customer credit, how do I use it?
If you have a customer credit (credit note), it appears in the "My wallet" tab on your account Jane de Boy.
It also appears as a means of payment during the validation of your payment. All you have to do is tick the box to have it deducted from your purchases.

How do I get a promotional code?
We do not issue promotional codes on request.
However, a promotional code may be sent to you by email during promotions or specific events.

I have a promotional code, how do I use it?
If you have received a promotional code, we invite you to enter it manually in the "promotional code" box provided for this purpose during the validation of your order.
Please note that you will only be refunded if the order is placed without using the promotional code.
A customer credit may potentially be issued depending on the situation.

Why my promotion code doesn't seem to work?
In case of malfunction, please contact our customer service.
Some brands and product categories are excluded from promotional codes. The list of exclusions of a promotional code is displayed in your shopping cart once the discount is applied. These conditions are systematically specified by email during promotions or specific events.
As a reminder, promotional codes cannot be used on items already discounted and/or combined with other ongoing promotions.
If you have been given a promotional code and it has been used, it will not be possible to use it a second time in case of return.

Can I use more than one promotional code on the same order?
Any promotional codes cannot be combined, nor can they be used on items already discounted and/or combined with other ongoing promotions.
