How does the Club Jane de Boy work?
Our loyalty program " Le Club Jane de Boy " allows you to accumulate points with each order to unlock rewards in the form of a customer credit.
For each of your web orders or in-store orders, 1 € spent gives you 1 point (excluding shipping costs). You can then convert your points into customer credit once you reach one of these levels:
- 8 € for 200 points
- 25 € for 500 points
- 60 € for 1 000 points

Why do my loyalty points appear "pending"?
The points you earn will appear "pending" for the duration of the 30-day return period. Once this period has passed, points for unreturned purchases will automatically be credited to your available points balance.

What happens to my loyalty points if I cancel or return my order?
You loyalty points will be added to your pending points balance for each completed order. If you cancel or return the entire order, the pending points associated with those items will be automatically deducted from your pending points balance.
In the event of a partial return, only the points associated with the retained items will then be credited to your kitty, once the 30-day return period is over.

How long are loyalty points valid for?
Your loyalty points are valid for 12 months after they are issued.
As soon as you earn new points, the validity of your entire pool is extended for another 12 months.

How do I convert my loyalty points into a reward?
To convert your loyalty points into a customer credit, log in to your customer account and go to the "Loyalty" section.
You will be notified of your available points balance and you will be able to redeem points for a customer credit, provided you have reached the first reward level of 200 points.

Where can I check my customer credit?
To view the total amount of your customer credit, log in to your customer account and go to "My wallet".

How do I use my customer credit on the site?
To use your customer credit, go to the "Order Summary" section in your shopping cart, then check the "I use my credit" box.
Note that the total amount of your credit must be used in one go.

On which products can I use my customer credit?
You can use your customer credit on all items on the site or in stores.

Can I use my customer credit on a discounted item?
Yes, you can use your customer credit on discounted items.

Can I use my customer credit for an in-store purchase?
You can perfectly use your customer credit for an order in store. You just have to ask our team for it when you check out.

How long is my customer credit valid?
The amount of your customer credit remains valid until used on a future order.

Can I use some of my customer credit on my order?
The total amount of your credit can only be used once.
For example, if you purchase an item for $100 and have $25 in credit, then you will use the full amount on that order if you decide to use your credit.
If the amount of your credit exceeds the amount of the items in your shopping cart, then your credit will only be debited for the amount related to the order.
For example, if you buy an item for 100€ and have 120€ in credit, then you would use 100€ of your credit to pay for that order. You can then use the rest (20€ in this example) on another order.

Can I use my customer credit in addition to a promotional code on the same order?
Yes, you can use your customer credit and a promotional code on the same order.

Can my customer credit cover the total amount of my order?
Yes, your customer credit can be used to pay for your entire order (on condition, of course, that your credit balance is sufficient).

Can I transfer my loyalty points to another account?
If you wish to transfer your loyalty kitty to another account, please contact our customer service department.
