How do I create my customer account?
To create your customer account, go to the registration / login page and fill in the mandatory fields as indicated. Once the form is validated, you will be able to access your personal account immediately.
A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address with which you created your account.

How do I find my login details?
If you forget your password, please click on "Forgot your password? ". An e-mail will then be sent to you to reset your password.
If you do not remember the email address linked to your customer account Jane de Boy, please contact our customer service.

How do I change my personal information?
You can change your personal information (title, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) at any time from the "My profile" tab in your customer account.
If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

How do I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address - and any other addresses you have registered - at any time from the 'My Profile' tab in your customer account.
Please note that changes to your delivery address cannot be taken into account for an order that has already been dispatched.

How do I manage my subscription to the Jane de Boy newsletter?
You can manage your subscription to the newletter directly from your customer account.
To do so, go to the "My profile" tab of your customer account and click on the "I subscribe" or "I unsubscribe" button. Your request will be taken into account immediately.

How do I permanently delete my customer account?
You can permanently delete your account at any time from the "My Profile" tab in your customer account. To do so, go to the bottom of the page and click on the link "Permanently delete my account".
This will result in the permanent deletion of all data relating to your customer account.
You will then be automatically unsubscribed from our newsletter.
