How do I buy a gift card online?
You can buy an e-gift card Jane de Boy on this page. The gift card is fully customizable and can be ordered in just a few clicks:
- 1. Choose the amount you wish to offer (minimum €30).
- 2. Personalize the e-card with one of Jane de Boy's visuals.
- 3. Fill in the form with the requested information.
- 4. Select the date you wish to send your e-gift card.
- 5. Click on "Confirm & Pay" to pay for your order.
Once your purchase has been validated, the e-gift card will be automatically emailed to your recipient on the date you have chosen.
Note that the amount of the e-gift card can be used on the website and in stores Jane de Boy.

How do I buy a gift card in a store?
You can buy a printed gift card in one of our boutiques Jane de Boy. Simply visit one of our concept stores and ask our team for one.
Please note that a gift card purchased at a point of sale is valid in all our boutiques in Cap Ferret, Bordeaux and Arcachon. However, it cannot be used for online purchases.

How long is a gift card valid?
The e-gift card must be activated by the recipient within 12 months of purchase. Once activated, the amount of the e-gift card is not subject to a validation period and can be used at any time.
Gift cards purchased in-store must be used by the deadline indicated on the card.

I've received an e-gift card. How do I activate it?
Have you received a gift card by email? To use the amount on janedeboy.com, you must first activate the card in a few clicks:
- Click on the "Activate my gift card" button in the e-mail you receive.
- Log in to your customer account at Jane de Boy or create one if you don't have one.
Your gift card will then be activated and can be used immediately on the website or in our boutiques.

How do I redeem my e-gift card?
Once activated, the amount of your e-gift card can be consulted at any time from your customer area, in the "My wallet" section.
To use the amount of your e-gift card on your next order placed on janedeboy.com :
- 1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your basket.
- 2. Log in or create your customer account.
- 3. n the basket summary, tick the box "I'm using my credit...".
If you wish to use the amount of your e-gift card on your next purchase in store, simply inform our team of your full name and e-mail address from your customer account.
As this is a gift card purchased on our e-shop, the amount can be used in several instalments. However, only one return for re-credit is possible if the item was not suitable upon receipt.

How can I use the amount of my gift card purchased in the store?
With regard to gift cards, our policy differs depending on whether the voucher is issued via the website or in a store, as the two entities are separate and do not have the same applications.
Gift cards purchased in-store are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note that as the deposit is not transferable, it must be used in a single transaction in one of our boutiques, and items cannot be returned.

Can I cancel a gift card I've just bought?
You have 14 days to cancel your gift card purchase and request a refund. To do so, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at contact@janedeboy.com or by telephone on 05 19 88 01 58.
A cancelled gift card is automatically deactivated and can no longer be activated and used by the recipient.
Please note that in order to be cancelled and refunded, the e-gift card must not have been activated by the recipient. Any cancellation request made after the e-gift card has been activated or used will be automatically refused.
