About the influence of fathers in the fashion of 21st century girls... Maison Père was created in 2014 by a daughter, Camille Omerin, to pay tribute to the idea of transmission and to value the heritage of the past in contemporary creations. The clothing collections Maison Père therefore have this delicious little vintage flavor that is terribly modern, evoking an assumed retro-nostalgia, just like the films of Wes Anderson, the designer's idol. Airy feathers, big golden buttons from an officer's coat, fine worked laces, colors ... The refined details are not there by chance but to sublimate a precious fashion heritage from the past. The jackets adopt original prints, the jackets are dressed in velvet or fur, the skirts dare the lamé or the silky reflections... At Maison Père, the clash of cultures creates timeless and original silhouettes for girls who are not afraid to assert themselves.
