The spirit of Jane de Boy is above all a family that social networks allow us to enlarge and cherish. To this end, we would be happy to share your content on our eshop Jane de Boy (janedeboy.com), but also in our newsletter Jane de Boy or on our social networks.
By replying to our request with the hashtag #yesJane on your posts mentioning @janedeboy_shops, #janedeboy, #janedeboylovers you :
- Allow Jane de Boy to use your content for its marketing and/or advertising activities, including in the website gallery (janedeboy.com), in its newsletters, on its social networks, in its emails, in its other customer communication channels, on shop material and for other marketing purposes.
- Give permission to Jane de Boy to use your photo until this permission is withdrawn.
You will receive :
- Free advertising on our channels and website (janedeboy.com)
- All credits on your photo: your social network will be linked to it and/or your login will be mentioned.
- The possibility of withdrawing your permission at any time.
By agreeing to these terms, you grant Jane de Boy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and share your content for marketing and/or publicity purposes, including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify and edit your photos. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have the permission of all persons appearing in the photos. Your content will remain your property at all times and your permission may be withdrawn.
Withdrawal of permission: If you wish to withdraw your permission, please email us at instagram@janedeboy.com and we will remove your photo from our digital channels within 14 days. If we have used your photo in our newsletter and/or print materials, it is not possible to remove the photo, but we will not use it in the future.
